The OGBL and Chemolux management recently signed the renewal of the collective agreement covering some 250 employees at the Foetz site. Chemolux belongs to the British McBride group and produces dishwasher powder.

After lengthy negotiations, the social partners have finally reached an agreement covering the three-year period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.

Here are the main improvements included in the new agreement:

• 5% salary increase for all employees effective January 1, 2024
• 1% salary increase for all employees as of January 1, 2025
• 50 euro increase in the monthly “4*8” bonus from January 1, 2024, bringing its monthly value to 100 euros
• all employees will receive a “voucher” with a net value of 100 euros as of January 1, 2024
• modification of the flexitime system to allow a better work-life balance.
