The OGBL Civil Service Department is responsible for all matters relating to the public sector, as well as the salary and pension system and the status of civil servants and employees of the state and municipalities.
It constitutes a platform for exchange between the OGBL professional syndicates in the public sector.

Since February 2022, the OGBL team has been reinforced by an advisor in the person of Carla Jorge Matias to offer an information, counselling and assistance service for all civil servants and employees of the state and the municipal sector.
