Renewal of the collective bargaining agreement for the employees of Brasserie de Luxembourg

The OGBL and the LCGB signed an agreement in principle with the management of Brasserie de Luxembourg Mousel-Diekirch on December 21, 2022 to renew the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the 41 employeesof the company.

The new CBA will run for 3 years, enter into force on January 1, 2023, and expire on December 31, 2025. The following improvements are planned:

  • Basic salary increases of 0.3% in 2023, 0.3% in 2024 and 0.35% in 2025.
  • Introduction of a pay scale with seniority-based career progression for manual workers: +1.5% after 4 years of service, +1.1% after 14 years of service, and +0.8% after 24 years of service.
  • Payment for lunch break for the logistics team.
  • Integration in the CBA – and therefore consolidation – of the production bonus of 125 euros for manual workers.
  • Annual recurrence of a one-off bonus of 250 euros paid in April.
  • Increase of the June bonus by 5.26% to 400 euros.
