Bankruptcy of the company Bio Clean

The OGBL brings its support to the twenty employees now unemployed

The cleaning company Bio Clean, which had its headquarters in Tétange, was declared bankrupt on February 17. This bankruptcy leaves about twenty employees without jobs.

The OGBL will make sure that all the rights of the employees are respected and that their achievements are preserved in the event of a takeover by customers or other cleaning service providers.

The OGBL is already providing administrative and legal support to more than half of the employees concerned, so that they obtain the compensation to which they are entitled.

In order to proceed with the declaration of claim on behalf of the employees, the OGBL requests the employees of the company who have not yet come forward to do so by going to one of the offices of the OGBL’s Information, Advice and Assistance Service (SICA).

The files will then be checked and sent to the curator in charge so that the employees can finally receive the unpaid wages and the compensation related to this bankruptcy.
