Much remains to be done to achieve absolute equality both in the world of work and in society. This is one of the main objectives of the OGBL. Achieving equal opportunity, creating room for manoeuvre and conditions that allow women to decide autonomously on their life plan, this is the mission of the female members of the OGBL.
The Women’s Department, OGBL Equality represents, within the union, the specific interests of active women and defends the implementation of a coherent equal opportunities policy at the level of the union and in the world of work.
