(FR) Le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail est h\u00e9las une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pr\u00e9gnante au Luxembourg o\u00f9 il se d\u00e9veloppe dans tous les secteurs. Selon les chiffres de la Chambre des Salari\u00e9s, 2 salari\u00e9s sur 10 disent en \u00eatre victimes. Dans le secteur de l\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche, l\u2019OGBL constate une r\u00e9currence et une intensification de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne inqui\u00e9tant \u00e0 travers les t\u00e9moignages de ses membres et des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel. C\u2019est pourquoi le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la Recherche du SEW\/OGBL lance une grande campagne sectorielle sur le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail, pr\u00e9voyant des actions de sensibilisation et de pr\u00e9vention aupr\u00e8s des salari\u00e9s du secteur. Plus largement, cette campagne qui sera relay\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les travailleuses et tous les travailleurs quels que soient le secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9, le niveau hi\u00e9rarchique et la fonction dans l\u2019entreprise (Plus d’infos : http:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/brisons-le-silence\/).<\/p>\n

(DE) Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz ist leider eine brisante Realit\u00e4t in Luxemburg, es breitet sich in allen Sektoren aus. Den Zahlen der Arbeitnehmerkammer zufolge geben zwei von zehn Arbeitnehmern an, Opfer von Mobbing zu sein. Im Sektor des Hochschulwesens und der Forschung stellt der OGBL aufgrund der Aussagen seiner Mitglieder und der Personaldelegierten fest, dass das Ph\u00e4nomen sich zusehends wiederholt und intensiviert. Aus diesem Grund startet die Abteilung f\u00fcr Hochschulwesen und Forschung des SEW\/OGBL eine gro\u00dfe sektorielle Kampagne zum Thema Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz, die Sensibilisierungs- und Pr\u00e4ventionsaktionen f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer des Sektors vorsieht.
