Le tonnage du fret transbord\u00e9 a diminu\u00e9 constamment et se trouve, maintenant, m\u00eame en-dessous du tonnage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2009, l\u2019ann\u00e9e de crise la plus grave. Le tonnage transbord\u00e9 a entretemps baiss\u00e9 au niveau de 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Au classement europ\u00e9en, l\u2019a\u00e9roport Findel fut r\u00e9cemment reclass\u00e9 du 5e rang au 8e rang par l\u2019organisation \u00abAirport Council International\u00bb. Ainsi, le Luxembourg s\u2019est laiss\u00e9 d\u00e9passer par ses concurrents de la Grande R\u00e9gion sans aucune r\u00e9sistance. En revanche, les a\u00e9roports de Li\u00e8ge ou de Hahn enregistrent des croissances de l\u2019ordre de 30%. Cela prouve que les volumes de fret a\u00e9rien sont disponibles mais que de nombreux clients sont pass\u00e9s chez la concurrence.<\/p>\n<h3>Passivit\u00e9 politique et commerciale<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019objectif d\u00e9clar\u00e9 de la direction de Luxair et des responsables politiques \u00e9tait le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019a\u00e9roport en mati\u00e8re de fret a\u00e9rien et d\u2019assurer ainsi la diversification de l\u2019\u00e9conomie luxembourgeoise. Cet objectif n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>A part d\u2019organiser deux tables-rondes auxquelles les diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l\u2019a\u00e9roport \u00e9taient invit\u00e9s pour adopter un programme de 10 points visant le d\u00e9marrage de la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re de logistique a\u00e9roportuaire, ni le ministre du d\u00e9veloppement durable et des infrastructures, Claude Wiseler, ni le ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, Jeannot Kreck\u00e9, n\u2019a fait avancer le dossier. Comme c\u2019est le cas pour le centre logistique de Bettembourg, les deux ministres n\u00e9gligent \u00e9galement le centre logistique au Findel d\u2019une fa\u00e7on impardonnable.<\/p>\n<p>Les choses ne sont pas meilleures \u00e0 la direction Luxair et notamment \u00e0 la direction du Cargo Centre. Bien que la directrice de Luxair-Cargo ait promis un meilleur classement de l\u2019a\u00e9roport en Europe, il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, le contraire devient r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Des initiatives commerciales visant la sauvegarde de la client\u00e8le ou l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du service offert ne sont pas prises du tout. De nombreuses d\u00e9cisions erron\u00e9es font fuire les clients et ont eu comme cons\u00e9quence que le moral du personnel est au plus bas. La passivit\u00e9 se fait remarquer \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel du Cargo Centre et l\u2019OGBL n\u2019acceptent plus cet \u00e9tat l\u00e9thargique. Au Cargo Centre, plus de 1 000 emplois sont en jeu. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 cargo, le groupe Luxair \u00e9tait toujours dans le positif jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.
