La nouvelle convention collective est entr\u00e9e en vigueur avec effet r\u00e9troactif au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026 pour une p\u00e9riode de trois ans, donc jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les principales modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la convention collective concernent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation salariale g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 2% pour le personnel (hors doctorants et post-doctorants), appliqu\u00e9e en 2 fois\u00a0: au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026 (avec effet r\u00e9troactif) et au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation sp\u00e9cifique pour les doctorants de 7%, appliqu\u00e9e en 2 fois\u00a0: au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026 (avec effet r\u00e9troactif) et au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027<\/li>\n<li>Prime de 1 000 euros pour les post-doctorants, vers\u00e9e en 2 fois\u00a0: le mois suivant la signature de la convention collective et au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027<\/li>\n<li>Modification de la distribution mensuelle des ch\u00e8ques-repas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">Temps de travail<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restructuration des articles concernant l\u2019organisation du temps de travail pour permettre une meilleure lisibilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Adaptations au niveau des possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9duire le temps de travail pour les parents d\u2019enfants en bas \u00e2ge et concernant la compatibilit\u00e9 entre garde d\u2019enfants et travail de recherche<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place conjointe d\u2019une charte de d\u00e9connexion<\/li>\n<li>Horaire mobile\u00a0: augmentation du report possible d\u2019un solde n\u00e9gatif \u00e0 un maximum de -40 heures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">Cong\u00e9s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ajout d\u2019un tableau listant les diff\u00e9rents cong\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux et conventionnels qui peuvent \u00eatre pris par le salari\u00e9 ; adaptation aux nouvelles dispositions l\u00e9gales<\/li>\n<li>Rachat de jours de cong\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0: possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acheter 10 jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires aux 32 \u00e0 36 jours l\u00e9gaux et conventionnels, au lieu de 5 jours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">Astreintes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revalorisation du montant de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 \u00e0 35 euros (indice 100) et mise \u00e0 jour de la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019astreinte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">Harc\u00e8lement, violence et discrimination au travail<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9vision compl\u00e8te de l\u2019article de la convention collective, renomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Respect et comportement au travail\u00a0\u00bb avec introduction d\u2019une d\u00e9marche informelle comme mode de r\u00e9solution et mise \u00e0 jour des d\u00e9finitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom-title\" style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: 500; font-style: normal; color: #e40f2e;\">Sanctions disciplinaires<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modification des sanctions applicables et r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9lai de l\u2019effet des sanctions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les partenaires ont par ailleurs convenu de mettre en place un groupe de travail focalis\u00e9 sur la pension et la pr\u00e9retraite.<\/p>\n<p>A noter enfin que les n\u00e9gociations se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat constructif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Education et Sciences de l\u2019OGBL, le 9 avril 2026<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":98226,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[49],"syndicat":[77],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
