Un ras-le-bol complet s\u2019est install\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019usine et ce n&#8217;est plus qu&#8217;une question de temps jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un conflit social n\u2019\u00e9clate ouvertement.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s ont toujours fait preuve de flexibilit\u00e9 notamment en acceptant un prolongement ou une d\u00e9rogation de leurs heures de travail quand besoin il y en avait. Cependant cet engagement n\u2019est pas honor\u00e9 par la direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 temps partiel pour raisons th\u00e9rapeutiques sont p\u00e9nalis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La goutte qui maintenant a fait d\u00e9border le vase\u00a0a trait au paiement de la prime conventionnelle mensuelle de 50\u20ac si le salari\u00e9 n&#8217;a pas d&#8217;absence maladie. Pour quelque raison que ce soit, la direction a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas payer cette prime aux salari\u00e9s travaillant\u00a0\u00e0 temps partiel pour raisons th\u00e9rapeutiques avec l&#8217;argument que ces personnes sont malades et que donc\u00a0elles n&#8217;ont pas droit \u00e0 cette prime de pr\u00e9sence. Or, les personnes\u00a0qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de leur temps de travail pour raisons th\u00e9rapeutiques sont pr\u00e9sentes tous les jours \u00e0 l\u2019usine. Les priver de la prime est non seulement incorrect, mais t\u00e9moigne du m\u00e9pris de la direction envers ses salari\u00e9s fragilis\u00e9s au niveau de leur sant\u00e9, mais travaillant n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 temps partiel pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aucune reconnaissance financi\u00e8re dans le cadre de la convention collective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me provocation dans le cadre du renouvellement de la convention collective: depuis plus de 10 mois, syndicats et direction discutent d\u2019une augmentation lin\u00e9aire des salaires respectueuse du r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019entreprise luxembourgeoise. La direction ne refuse pas seulement cat\u00e9goriquement cette reconnaissance financi\u00e8re, pire, elle propose une augmentation ponctuelle de 0,1% de la prime annuelle pour 2011, 2012 et 2013. Cette augmentation de la prime de l\u2019ordre de 0,3% sur 3 ans est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par le personnel comme un affront.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ensemble du personnel ayant fait d\u2019\u00e9normes efforts pour aider la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a p\u00e9renniser et d\u00e9velopper le site luxembourgeois depuis 2002, exige une r\u00e9elle augmentation lin\u00e9aire des salaires qui tienne compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de l\u2019usine et revendique que la discrimination des travailleurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de temps de travail pour des raisons th\u00e9rapeutiques cesse de suite.<\/p>\n<p>Sans r\u00e9el effort de la part de direction pour motiver son personnel en acceptant une reconnaissance financi\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire dans le cadre de la convention collective, le personnel s&#8217;exprimera\u00a0en septembre sur les suites \u00e9ventuelles allant de simples actions syndicales jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure de gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>par le Syndicat <\/strong><strong>Bois, Caoutchouc, C\u00e9ramique, Chimie.
