Les questions que le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019OGBL se pose sur ce sujet peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9es ainsi:<\/p>\n<p>(1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quel est le sens et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de vendre \u00e0 ce stade 35% du capital d\u2019une des derni\u00e8res entreprises luxembourgeoises \u00e0 rayonnement international dont le centre de d\u00e9cision est au Luxembourg et dont l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois d\u00e9tient directement ou indirectement la grande majorit\u00e9 du capital?<\/p>\n<p>(2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pourquoi ne pas envisager un partenariat strat\u00e9gique au lieu de donner sans qu\u2019aucune n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique ne soit apparente la minorit\u00e9 de blocage (\u00e0 partir d\u2019un tiers du capital) \u00e0 une compagnie qui appartient \u00e0 un chef d\u2019Etat et \u00e0 un Etat non-d\u00e9mocratiques, compagnie qui reste elle-m\u00eame un concurrent de Cargolux sur le march\u00e9 international en mati\u00e8re de fr\u00eat a\u00e9rien?<\/p>\n<p>(3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quel va \u00eatre l\u2019impact de cette acquisition sur l\u2019orientation strat\u00e9gique de Cargolux et sur l\u2019avenir des secteurs du fr\u00eat a\u00e9rien (Luxair Cargo Center) et de la logistique au Luxembourg?<\/p>\n<p>(4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quelles garanties d\u2019emploi et de conditions de travail sont pr\u00e9vues dans le cadre des n\u00e9gociations en cours?<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019OGBL se demande pourquoi cette transaction activement poursuivie par le gouvernement et notamment le ministre des Finances ne donne pas lieu \u00e0 un d\u00e9bat public. Il s\u2019agit apr\u00e8s tout de vendre une partie importante d\u2019un des fleurons de l\u2019\u00e9conomie luxembourgeoise \u00e0 un concurrent.<\/p>\n<p>Quel est l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9el poursuivi par Qatar Airways? Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Qatar Airways a dit le 2 mai \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019exposition \u00abArabian Travel Market 2011\u00bb \u00e0 Dubai sur le projet d\u2019entrer dans le capital de Cargolux: \u00abNous y voyons des synergies et Qatar Airways souhaite cro\u00eetre\u00bb. Et plus tard il continue \u00abNous sommes une compagnie qui appartient \u00e0 l\u2019Etat. Et nous voulons tout garder dans la maison pour l\u2019instant\u00bb (gulfnews.com).
