Une TTC serait un outil essentiel de partage de la charge de la crise et d\u2019att\u00e9nuation de la sp\u00e9culation \u00e0 court terme sur les march\u00e9s financiers. Une TTF \u00e0 un faible taux de 0,05% pourrait engendrer des revenus estim\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 200 milliards d\u2019euros par an \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) et 650 milliards de dollars US au plan mondial.<\/p>\n<p>Le Parlement europ\u00e9en a adopt\u00e9 ce mardi 8 mars 2011 avec une tr\u00e8s large majorit\u00e9 (529 voix pour, 127 voix contre et 19 abstentions) une r\u00e9solution sur les financements innovants et demande par ce biais \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne d\u2019imposer une taxe sur les transactions financi\u00e8res, m\u00eame si elle \u00e9tait seule \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9solution affirme que les instruments propos\u00e9s peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un &#8220;double dividende&#8221; en produisant non seulement\u00a0davantage de moyens financiers, mais en rendant \u00e9galement le secteur financier plus s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL salue express\u00e9ment ce vote important et demande au Conseil des ministres de suivre la recommandation du Parlement europ\u00e9en et de mettre en place une telle taxe au niveau europ\u00e9en dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 8 mars 2011<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[38,40],"syndicat":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
