{"id":905,"date":"2011-03-29T15:04:18","date_gmt":"2011-03-29T13:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/plan-social-signe"},"modified":"2023-05-26T13:18:04","modified_gmt":"2023-05-26T11:18:04","slug":"plan-social-signe","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-social-signe\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social sign\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>En raison de la perte successive en 2003 et 2008 de deux contrats de fabrication du Journal officiel de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, particuli\u00e8rement importants \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de l\u2019Imprimerie Centrale, de l\u2019environnement \u00e9conomique d\u00e9favorable pour le secteur de la cha\u00eene graphique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, des modifications du comportement des consommateurs dues aux supports \u00e9lectroniques et\u00a0 de la surcapacit\u00e9 des moyens de production dans le secteur de l\u2019imprimerie en Europe, l\u2019Imprimerie Centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9e d\u2019envisager une restructuration de toutes ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Etant donn\u00e9 que cette restructuration aurait d\u00fb toucher une quarantaine de salari\u00e9s, le nombre de licenciements effectifs a pu \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 finalement \u00e0 26 licenciements.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci apr\u00e8s 4 r\u00e9unions de n\u00e9gociation d\u2019un plan social qui eurent lieu entre la direction et les syndicats OGBL (porte-parole) et LCGB.<\/p>\n<p>Hormis les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part l\u00e9gales, voire, d\u00e9lais de pr\u00e9avis l\u00e9gaux, les syndicats ont pu n\u00e9gocier des avantages extral\u00e9gaux, \u00e0 savoir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extension du d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois mois (la l\u00e9gislation pr\u00e9voit 75 jours)<\/li>\n<li>Dispense de travail pendant le pr\u00e9avis et ce d\u00e8s la notification du licenciement. Les personnes licenci\u00e9es qui ne pourront pas b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la dispense de travail se verront accorder une indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re d\u2019un montant de 50.- euros brut par journ\u00e9e compl\u00e8te de travail effectif.<\/li>\n<li>Les jours de cong\u00e9, pour les ann\u00e9es 2010 et 2011, non pris \u00e0 la fin du d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis de licenciement seront pay\u00e9s sous forme d&#8217;indemnit\u00e9 pour cong\u00e9s non-pris, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales<em>. <\/em><\/li>\n<li>Compensation financi\u00e8re extra-l\u00e9gale\u00a0:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9(e) licenci\u00e9(e) sous le plan social se verra attribuer une indemnit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9vole d\u2019un montant de 1.300.- euros brut par ann\u00e9e d\u2019anciennet\u00e9. L\u2019indemnit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9vole sera proratis\u00e9e pour chaque ann\u00e9e d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 entam\u00e9e, mais non r\u00e9volue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant une anciennet\u00e9 de service aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Imprimerie Centrale inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 (deux) ann\u00e9es au moment de la notification du licenciement, se verront attribuer une indemnit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9vole d\u2019un montant forfaitaire de 2.500.- euros brut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il reste \u00e0 souligner que l\u2019OGBL a organis\u00e9 en collaboration avec l\u2019ADEM, une r\u00e9union d\u2019information dans ses locaux \u00e0 Luxembourg-Ville le vendredi 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril \u00e0 8h30 pour les personnes touch\u00e9es par le licenciement collectif.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union a pour but de fournir les renseignements n\u00e9cessaires aux salari\u00e9s et de les soutenir dans toutes les d\u00e9marches administratives, formulaires \u00e0 remplir et autres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Imprimeries, M\u00e9dias, Culture \u2013 FLTL de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 29 mars 2011<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[50],"syndicat":[76],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
