{"id":883,"date":"2011-02-15T22:22:17","date_gmt":"2011-02-15T21:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-6"},"modified":"2023-06-14T10:55:07","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T08:55:07","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-6","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Renouvellement de la convention collective"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>R\u00e9cemment, la direction de Twinerg S.A. et le syndicat OGBL ont sign\u00e9 le renouvellement de la convention collective pour les salari\u00e9s de la Centrale Turbine Gaz Vapeur, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Esch\/Alzette, dont les actionnaires sont ELECTRABEL (GDF Suez), ENOVOS Luxembourg et ArcelorMittal.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations ont port\u00e9 sur les points suivants:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revalorisation du travail en poste<\/strong><br \/>\nUne prime mensuelle calcul\u00e9e en pourcentage du salaire brut est accord\u00e9e comme suit:<br \/>\n1,5% du salaire brut en 2011;<br \/>\n2,5% du salaire brut en 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revalorisation salariale<\/strong><br \/>\nMise en place d\u2019une enveloppe globale de 0,75% de la masse salariale pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2011 et port\u00e9e \u00e0 1,5% \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012 dont un minimum d\u2019augmentation de 0,50% annuelle est garantie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime collective<\/strong><br \/>\nMise en place d\u2019une enveloppe globale calcul\u00e9e en pourcentage de la masse salariale sur base d\u2019une formule reprenant des crit\u00e8res li\u00e9s aux performances de la centrale pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime individuelle:<\/strong><br \/>\nMise en place d\u2019une enveloppe globale de 85% de la masse salariale mensuelle \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2011. Une prime minimum de 50% du salaire brut est garantie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ch\u00e8ques repas<\/strong><br \/>\nLa valeur faciale de chaque ch\u00e8ques repas est port\u00e9e \u00e0 7,5\u20ac. La distribution se fera de fa\u00e7on forfaitaire, \u00e0 raison de 11 distributions de 20 ch\u00e8ques par an.<br \/>\nIl reste \u00e0 souligner que les n\u00e9gociations se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat serein et constructif entre partenaires sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>La convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e de trois ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>le 15 f\u00e9vrier 2011<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
