En effet, les informations transmises aux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et \u00e0 l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019entreprise, lors des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9unions pour le renouvellement de la convention collective \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s peu positives voire alarmistes en ce qui concerne la situation \u00e9conomique de l\u2019usine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2010: ann\u00e9e exceptionnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Or, en septembre, le responsable des quatre usines du groupe a, lors de son passage \u00e0 Luxembourg, d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le site luxembourgeois a connu une ann\u00e9e 2010 exceptionnelle et que 2009 \u00e9tait largement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p>\n<p>La direction locale persiste: pas d\u2019augmentation lin\u00e9aire au niveau des salaires, car la situation \u00e9conomique ne le permettrait pas. Pas de participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices non plus. En m\u00eame temps, la direction se fait fort pour appliquer des augmentations li\u00e9es \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation individuelle. Evaluations qui sont et restent tout \u00e0 fait arbitraires et subjectives. Nous attendons toujours une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 notre proposition d\u2019\u00e9laborer ensemble un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation objectif et coh\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Or, le 18 octobre, la direction a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les bornes. En effet, suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de conciliation organis\u00e9e le 7 octobre 2010, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation souhaitait informer le personnel du r\u00e9sultat obtenu. Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du Code du Travail, une r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re devait \u00eatre organis\u00e9e lundi 18 octobre 2010. Parall\u00e8lement, nous avions repris contact avec la direction afin de trouver une solution autour de la table de n\u00e9gociation sur un point unique \u00e0 discuter, qui restait ouvert apr\u00e8s la fin de la proc\u00e9dure de conciliation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La direction locale refuse tout dialogue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La direction locale refuse tout dialogue et a m\u00eame menac\u00e9, d\u2019abord la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, puis l\u2019ensemble du personnel, de sanctions lourdes en cas de participation \u00e0 une telle r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re (pourtant l\u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue).<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 ces agissements plus que condamnables, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et l\u2019OGBL ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reporter la r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure. Cette fa\u00e7on d\u2019agir de la part de la direction nuit gravement au climat social d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ficient dans l\u2019entreprise. Nous demandons \u00e0 la direction locale d\u2019assumer enfin sa responsabilit\u00e9 et de retourner \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation.
