Demain, 30 juin 2010, Villeroy & Boch arr\u00eatera la production et fermera ses portes au
\nLuxembourg. Au total 118 salari\u00e9s (sur les 230 concern\u00e9s par le plan social) avec une
\nmoyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge de 47 ans et avec en moyenne plus de 22 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 seront au
\nch\u00f4mage. Ils n\u2019ont pas pu retrouver un nouvel emploi. 90 salari\u00e9s ont retrouv\u00e9 un
\nautre emploi et 22 partiront \u00e0 la retraite ou \u00e0 la pr\u00e9-retraite.
\nPour les 118 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le ch\u00f4mage, les syndicats OGBL et LCGB
\ncontinuent \u00e0 aider activement dans leurs d\u00e9marches de recherche toutes celles et tous
\nceux qui le souhaitent.
\nJusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin, le directeur Charles Antoine De Theux n\u2019a pas montr\u00e9 de compassion
\navec les salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s.
\nLa fermeture de Villeroy & Boch n\u2019est pas en relation avec la crise \u00e9conomique, n\u2019est
\npas non plus due \u00e0 des raisons \u00e9conomiques, mais est bel et bien un exemple de
\nd\u00e9mant\u00e8lement d\u2019une usine florissante pour raison d\u2019avarice de la part des
\nactionnaires. En effet, l\u2019usine sera d\u00e9mantel\u00e9e aux fins du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un projet
\nimmobilier – appartements haut de gamme, magasins, \u2026 Il s\u2019agit donc tout
\nsimplement d\u2019un mensonge industriel.
\nL\u2019OGBL d\u00e9nonce ce genre d\u2019exc\u00e8s du syst\u00e8me capitaliste qui fait abstraction totale de
\nl\u2019aspect humain d\u2019une entreprise. C\u2019est un cas flagrant d\u2019irresponsabilit\u00e9 sociale!
\nL\u2019OGBL regrette par ailleurs qu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour l\u2019Union des entreprises luxembourgeoises
\n(UEL) qui pr\u00eache depuis un certain temps les vertus de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des
\nentreprises (RSE) ne se soit pas prononc\u00e9 sur le cas Villeroy. Serait-ce la preuve que
\nla propagation du concept de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises par les
\norganisations patronales ne serait tout simplement qu\u2019une d\u00e9marche de
\ncommunication?<\/p>\n
