{"id":792,"date":"2010-06-07T10:23:09","date_gmt":"2010-06-07T08:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-5"},"modified":"2023-06-02T11:48:10","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T09:48:10","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-5","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Renouvellement de la Convention Collective"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>Partant d\u2019une position de contrat z\u00e9ro du c\u00f4t\u00e9 patronal, en date du 4 juin 2010, l\u2019OGBL, lequel est majoritaire, ainsi que le LCGB, ont sign\u00e9 une nouvelle convention collective de travail pour les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019ancien statut \u00abouvrier\u00bb et pour les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019ancien statut \u00abemploy\u00e9\u00bb de l\u2019entreprise John Zink International Luxembourg S.\u00e0.r.l.<br \/>\nLes deux conventions sont d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de deux ans et couvrent la p\u00e9riode du 1er janvier 2009 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Outre la mise en place d\u2019un groupe de travail pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un nouveau texte de convention collective qui couvre les deux anciens statuts \u00abouvrier\u00bb et \u00abemploy\u00e9\u00bb, les parties ont pu trouver un accord sur les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<h3>Ancien statut \u00abouvrier\u00bb:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Primes uniques:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2009: paiement d\u2019une prime unique de 600 \u20ac brute;<\/li>\n<li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2010: paiement d\u2019une prime unique de 400 \u20ac brute. Une prime additionnelle de 100 \u20ac, si le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019exercice fiscal 2010 atteindra les 4 millions d\u2019euros apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4t. La dite prime sera augment\u00e9e de 100 \u20ac bruts par million de r\u00e9sultat en sus des 4 millions pr\u00e9cit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prime de productivit\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Augmentation de la prime de productivit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du 1er trimestre 2009 (uniquement<br \/>\nli\u00e9e \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de pr\u00e9sence)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 \u20ac pour le 1er trimestre sans absence;<\/li>\n<li>60 \u20ac pour le 2i\u00e8me trimestre sans absence;<\/li>\n<li>90 \u20ac pour le 3i\u00e8me trimestre sans absence;<\/li>\n<li>120 \u20ac pour le 4i\u00e8me trimestre sans absence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plafond \u00e0 120 \u20ac par trimestre sans absence au del\u00e0 de la 1i\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime d\u2019innovation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un budget \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 100 \u20ac bruts par an ou 25 \u20ac par mois et par salari\u00e9 sera attribu\u00e9 pour la mise en place d\u2019une prime d\u2019innovation. Si l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du budget n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e, le montant non distribu\u00e9 sera report\u00e9 au trimestre suivant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Augmentation s\u00e9lective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2010, un budget \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 200 \u20ac bruts par salari\u00e9 sera attribu\u00e9 pour les augmentations s\u00e9lectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gratification annuelle:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 La d\u00e9finition \u00abgratification annuelle\u00bb est remplac\u00e9e par la nouvelle d\u00e9finition \u00ab 13i\u00e8me mois \u00bb.<br \/>\n\u2022 Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration (20% par ann\u00e9e d\u2019anciennet\u00e9) de l\u2019obtention d\u2019un 13i\u00e8me mois<br \/>\ncomplet<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de travail:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Changement de texte et des conditions concernant la flexibilit\u00e9 et les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Ancien statut \u00abemploy\u00e9\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Primes uniques:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2009: paiement d\u2019une prime unique de 600 \u20ac brute ;<\/li>\n<li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2010: paiement d\u2019une prime unique de 300 \u20ac brute.
