Pour l\u2019OGBL la d\u00e9cision du gouvernement de participer au capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de fret a\u00e9rien Cargolux est un tr\u00e8s fort signal.<\/p>\n

En effet, l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois investit par voie directe 23 millions de dollars pour d\u00e9tenir dor\u00e9navant 8,02% du capital. Par voie indirecte, l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois augmente sa participation via la Banque et Caisse d\u2019Epargne de l\u2019Etat et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nationale de Cr\u00e9dit et d\u2019Investissement \u00e0 environ 26%.<\/p>\n

Avec la participation de Luxair, qui d\u00e9tient dor\u00e9navant 52,12% des actions, Cargolux a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 lier un partenaire strat\u00e9gique de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. A noter que l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois et la BCEE d\u00e9tiennent ensemble 48,66% des actions de Luxair.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL interpr\u00e8te la d\u00e9marche du gouvernement comme preuve de confiance dans l\u2019entreprise Cargolux, dans son personnel et dans sa direction. La participation de l\u2019Etat au capital de Cargolux signifie une consolidation du site de Luxembourg et de l\u2019a\u00e9roport Findel avec ses quelque 6 500 emplois.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL est d\u2019avis qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de maintenant, chacun devrait se rendre compte du s\u00e9rieux de la situation, et il ne devrait plus y avoir d\u2019obstacles pour prolonger la convention collective et pour mettre en oeuvre un plan d\u2019\u00e9conomies.<\/p>\n
