Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel demandent 225 \u20ac par mois d\u2019anciennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour se faire entendre, des actions syndicales seront organis\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mercredi 21 octobre d\u00e8s 9h00, les salari\u00e9s des postes de nuit et de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi seront pr\u00e9sents sur le site pour soutenir la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation durant les n\u00e9gociations. Les salari\u00e9s du poste du matin resteront apr\u00e8s leurs heures de travail pour continuer cette action.<\/li>\n<li>Lundi 26 octobre, les syndicats OGBL et LCGB organiseront une manifestation \u00e0 la maison m\u00e8re Villeroy &amp; Boch \u00e0 Mettlach. Le d\u00e9part en bus est \u00e0 8h00 du matin devant Villleroy &amp; Boch Luxembourg. La presse est cordialement invit\u00e9e \u00e0 nous rejoindre \u00e0 7h30.<\/li>\n<li>Mardi 27 octobre d\u00e9butera l\u2019assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re avec arr\u00eat de la production d\u00e8s 6h00 du matin.
