Un des points de ce plan pr\u00e9voit d\u2019organiser une ou plusieurs bourses pour l\u2019emploi afin d\u2019aider les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par la fermeture du site luxembourgeois \u00e0 plus facilement retrouver un nouvel emploi.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu que chaque salari\u00e9 qui trouverait un nouvel emploi serait lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de ses fonctions, mais toucherait quand m\u00eame les indemnit\u00e9s n\u00e9goci\u00e9es dans le cadre du pme. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu que seuls les salari\u00e9s occupant un \u00ab poste-cl\u00e9 \u00bb ne pourraient pas partir imm\u00e9diatement. Pour m\u00e9moire, l\u2019op\u00e9ration de fermeture de V&amp;B r\u00e9sulte en un licenciement collectif de 230 personnes au total, dont 210 sont employ\u00e9s au niveau de la production et 20 dans l\u2019administration.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019occasion de l\u2019annonce de la 1re bourse pour l\u2019emploi, la direction a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019elle ne pourrait pas laisser partir plus de 16 personnes de la production, plus 20 salari\u00e9s administratifs. Ce qui veut dire qu\u2019elle d\u00e9clare presque 190 salari\u00e9s de la production comme \u00ab salari\u00e9s occupant un poste-cl\u00e9 \u00bb et bloque ainsi l\u2019avenir professionnel de ces personnes.<br \/>\nA titre d\u2019exemple, une salari\u00e9e qui travaille depuis plus de 20 ans dans la production de V&amp;B, avait trouv\u00e9 un nouvel emploi. D\u2019abord les directeurs lui disent qu\u2019elle ne pourra pas partir, car sans elle la ligne d\u2019\u00e9maillage ne pourrait plus fonctionner. Et puis on ajoute : \u00ab mais si vous voulez d\u00e9missionner sans indemnit\u00e9s, vous pouvez le faire et on ne pourra vous retenir \u00bb.<br \/>\nLes syndicats OGBL et LCGB soutiennent la bourse pour l\u2019emploi qui sera organis\u00e9e le lundi 28 septembre, mais d\u00e9noncent l\u2019attitude de la direction qui ne semble pas r\u00e9ellement se soucier de l\u2019avenir professionnel de son personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, V&amp;B a mis r\u00e9cemment 95 salari\u00e9s non concern\u00e9s par la fermeture du site luxembourgeois &#8211; des administratifs, commerciaux et dirigeants &#8211; au ch\u00f4mage partiel pour des raisons conjoncturels. Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB avaient demand\u00e9 des garanties d\u2019emploi de 3-4 ans pour ces personnes, mais n\u2019ont pas obtenu de r\u00e9ponse. Aujourd\u2019hui il s\u2019av\u00e8re que les commerciaux doivent ch\u00f4mer pendant la semaine et travailler pendant le weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela montre une attitude socialement irresponsable \u00e0 la limite de la fraude de la part de la direction de V&amp;B.
