Am vergangenen Mittwoch analysierten die OGBL-Personalvertreter des Pflege- und Sozialbereichs die schwierigen Kollektivvertragsverhandlungen.<\/p>\n

Die Position der Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde, die sich weiterhin gegen eine fortschrittliche Personalpolitik wehren, wurde aufs Sch\u00e4rfste verurteilt. Die Delegierten lehnten in geheimer Abstimmung mit 97% der Stimmen den letzten Arbeitgebervorschlag f\u00fcr die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags ab und fordern die l\u00e4ngst \u00fcberf\u00e4llige Aufwertung der Laufbahnen und einen einzigen Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr das gesamte Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen.<\/p>\n

Im Moment gibt es in Luxemburg noch zwei Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge, den Krankenhauskollektivvertrag und den Kollektivvertrag des Pflege- und Sozialsektors.
\nDa die Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde dem OGBL kurz vor der Versammlung mitteilten, sie h\u00e4tten das Schlichtungsamt angeschrieben und somit die Verhandlungen als gescheitert angesehen werden m\u00fcssen, ist der Konflikt eingel\u00e4utet.<\/p>\n
