L\u2019accord est valable pour une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, soit du 1er janvier 2025 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Ce renouvellement apporte de v\u00e9ritables avanc\u00e9es sociales et salariales pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel. Contrairement \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re ronde de n\u00e9gociations, il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire cette fois-ci d\u2019aller jusqu\u2019au conflit ni de passer par la conciliation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mobilisation d\u00e9termin\u00e9e du personnel lors des n\u00e9gociations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, l\u2019OGBL et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel ont pu obtenir des am\u00e9liorations dans un climat plus constructif.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les avanc\u00e9es notables, on peut relever :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Des augmentations de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de ch\u00e8ques-repas qui renforcent le pouvoir d\u2019achat des salari\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 Des primes exceptionnelles et revaloris\u00e9es.<br \/>\n\u2022 Un jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire en 2025 et en 2026.<br \/>\n\u2022 Une meilleure prise en compte des conditions de travail, avec la revalorisation de certaines primes.<br \/>\n\u2022 De nouvelles protections sociales et un renforcement des droits li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et aux cong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL se f\u00e9licite de ce succ\u00e8s, obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une action conjointe avec la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, et il r\u00e9affirme son engagement \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre et am\u00e9liorer les droits des salari\u00e9s de CCEP Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Commerce, Garages &amp; Horeca de l\u2019OGBL, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>le 25 septembre 2025<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":58585,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
