{"id":57736,"date":"2025-09-16T10:15:41","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=57736"},"modified":"2025-09-16T10:16:25","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:16:25","slug":"pour-les-salaries-daction-luxembourg","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/pour-les-salaries-daction-luxembourg\/","title":{"rendered":"pour les salari\u00e9s d\u2019ACTION Luxembourg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB ont sign\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment avec la direction de l\u2019entreprise le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail des salari\u00e9s d\u2019ACTION Luxembourg S\u00e0rl.<\/p>\n<p>Cette convention collective, dont la signature a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9e dans un climat constructif et transparent, fruit d\u2019un dialogue social respectueux, couvre les quelque 171 collaborateurs et 12 succursales d\u2019ACTION Luxembourg. Sa dur\u00e9e porte sur une dur\u00e9e de 36 mois, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2025 au 31 juin 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Les am\u00e9liorations suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prime de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e (\u00e0 partir de janvier 2026)\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque collaborateur ayant au moins un an d&#8217;anciennet\u00e9 recevra fin janvier une prime proportionnelle \u00e0 leur anciennet\u00e9 dans l&#8217;entreprise.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00c9volution salariale automatique (\u00e0 partir de 2027)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tous les salari\u00e9s verront leur salaire augmenter tous les deux ans, y compris les employ\u00e9s de magasin et les assistants ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;une augmentation au bout de 5 ou 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage sera align\u00e9 sur celui des statuts \u00ab\u00a0qualifi\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0non qualifi\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb (2,6 % en 2025).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mesure compl\u00e9mentaire :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s qui n&#8217;ont pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;une augmentation en janvier 2025 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront \u00e9galement d\u2019une hausse de 2,6% en janvier 2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Augmentations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;anciennet\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;anciennet\u00e9 dans l&#8217;entreprise, et non plus dans la fonction, sera d\u00e9sormais le crit\u00e8re pour les augmentations au bout de 5 ou 10 ans.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prime mensuelle pour les g\u00e9rants (d\u00e8s 2026)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les g\u00e9rants recevront une prime \u00e9volutive en fonction du chiffre d&#8217;affaires annuel (CA) du magasin.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cong\u00e9s reportables<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 5 jours de cong\u00e9 pourront \u00eatre report\u00e9s jusqu&#8217;au 31 mars de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e suivante.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Temps d&#8217;habillage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour enfiler la tenue (polo Action) sera d\u00e9sormais consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme du temps de travail<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le calcul du temps de travail passe de 4 semaines \u00e0 1 mois complet, pour une meilleure lisibilit\u00e9 des fiches de salaire (\u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 2025)<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord illustre la volont\u00e9 commune de b\u00e2tir un cadre de travail stable, clair et \u00e9quitable pour chacun, dans lequel tous les acteurs contribuent ensemble \u00e0 cette belle avanc\u00e9e dans un climat social serein et constructif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB, le 16 septembre 2025<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":57737,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
