Cette signature, qualifi\u00e9e de quasi historique, marque un tournant apr\u00e8s huit ans de n\u00e9gociations sans avanc\u00e9e majeure, notamment sur des points cruciaux tels que l\u2019augmentation lin\u00e9aire des salaires.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, la derni\u00e8re revalorisation lin\u00e9aire de la grille salariale remontait \u00e0 2012. La revendication phare de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et de l\u2019OGBL portait donc sur une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation des carri\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019OGBL se r\u00e9jouit qu\u2019un accord ait enfin pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9. Concr\u00e8tement, celui-ci pr\u00e9voit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation de <strong>4,25 % de la valeur du point indiciaire<\/strong> de la grille salariale, applicable d\u00e8s le traitement du mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt ;<\/li>\n<li>le versement d\u2019une <strong>prime unique<\/strong> correspondant \u00e0 une <strong>r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9 des derniers trois mois de salaire<\/strong> (mai, juin et juillet) ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019<strong>extension et l\u2019\u00e9largissement des conditions d\u2019octroi du cong\u00e9 social<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>la <strong>suppression de l\u2019une des deux pauses journali\u00e8res<\/strong> du lundi au samedi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la longueur et la difficult\u00e9 des discussions, l\u2019OGBL salue les efforts de la direction ainsi que le <strong>climat de dialogue social constructif<\/strong> qui a toujours pr\u00e9valu.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle convention collective porte sur une dur\u00e9e de <strong>trois ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL tient \u00e9galement \u00e0 souligner que la SNCT demeure <strong>le seul organisme de contr\u00f4le technique au Luxembourg \u00e0 disposer d\u2019une convention collective<\/strong>, garantissant ainsi des conditions de travail dignes dans ce secteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>le 25 juillet 2025<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":55544,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
