Au mois de mai, l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat contractant pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019entreprise, a sign\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois une convention collective de travail pour le personnel des s\u00e0rl Little Smets & Color Center. L\u2019entit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique s\u00e0rl Little Smets & Color Center englobe plusieurs magasins tels que les enseignes Smets situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Bereldange, Luxembourg-Ville, Concorde et Esch\/Alzette ; les magasins Art City, Cape Cod, City Past Line, Dyrberg, Tod’s, Boston Dame & Boston Homme \u00e0 Luxembourg ainsi que Color Center \u00e0 Strassen. 120 salari\u00e9s tombent sous l\u2019application de la nouvelle convention collective.<\/p>\n

Augmentation des salaires<\/strong><\/p>\n

Une grille d’\u00e9volution salariale sur dix ans entre en application. Jusqu’ici, les salari\u00e9s ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient d’aucune augmentation automatique. D\u00e9sormais, ils verront leur salaire adapt\u00e9 en fonction de leur anciennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les salari\u00e9s auront droit \u00e0 1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n

Pause r\u00e9muner\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction d\u2019une pause r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e de 2 x 10 minutes pour une journ\u00e9e de travail de 8
\nheures.<\/p>\n

La convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e pour 3 ans et entrait en application au 1er mai 2008.\u00a3<\/p>\n
