{"id":466,"date":"2008-01-23T13:56:36","date_gmt":"2008-01-23T12:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/negociations-chez-fulflex-sa-a-kehlen-signature-du-plan-social"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:54:31","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T11:54:31","slug":"negociations-chez-fulflex-sa-a-kehlen-signature-du-plan-social","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/negociations-chez-fulflex-sa-a-kehlen-signature-du-plan-social\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e9gociations chez Fulflex SA \u00e0 Kehlen : Signature du plan social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s une derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation, un marathon de 9h30 \u00e0 18h15 le mardi, les syndicats OGBL et LCGB ont sign\u00e9 un accord le mercredi \u00e0 14h00 en ce qui concerne le plan social pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fulflex install\u00e9e \u00e0 Kehlen licenciant pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques 22 personnes sur un total de 36.<\/p>\n<p>Un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 24 octobre 2007 ce qui fait que 4 personnes sont actuellement en pr\u00eat temporaire de main-d\u2019oeuvre aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Amersil install\u00e9e \u00e9galement \u00e0 Kehlen. 2 personnes ont opt\u00e9 pour un d\u00e9part volontaire ce qui porte le nombre des licenciements \u00e0 20 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Le mardi, les syndicats ont discut\u00e9 des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection pour les personnes \u00e0 licencier et avons retenu en plus des crit\u00e8res comp\u00e9tences, la situation familiale, l\u2019\u00e2ge et l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 des personnes dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que la situation personnelle de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des indemnit\u00e9s p\u00e9cuniaires, un pr\u00e9avis de 90 jours \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s ayant moins de 5 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel une dispense de prester le pr\u00e9avis ce qui veut dire qu\u2019\u00e0 partir du 23 janvier 2008 les personnes concern\u00e9es peuvent rester \u00e0 la maison et se consacrer \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui pendant leur pr\u00e9avis trouvent un nouvel emploi avec un contrat d\u2019une dur\u00e9e minimale de 6 mois ou \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, et qui en informent la direction de Fulflex, se verront payer le pr\u00e9avis restant ainsi que les indemnit\u00e9s restantes dans les 15 jours suivants.<\/p>\n<p>Ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es des indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part extral\u00e9gales de 1 200 \u20ac par ann\u00e9e d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 pay\u00e9es au prorata des mois de pr\u00e9sence dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du pr\u00e9avis. Une prime unique est en plus pay\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque salari\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire 750 \u20ac pour les anciennet\u00e9s de moins de trois ans, 1 500 \u20ac pour les anciennet\u00e9s entre 3 et 6 ans et de 2 200 pour les anciennet\u00e9s de plus de 6 ans. Les personnes qui ont plus que 5 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 se voient payer en plus de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de d\u00e9part l\u00e9gale l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019un salaire mensuel.<\/p>\n<p>Le cong\u00e9 restant et calcul\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du pr\u00e9avis, sera pay\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque salari\u00e9, les ouvriers se voient attribuer en plus 960 \u20ac ce qui repr\u00e9sente 50% de la prime de production et de la prime de qualit\u00e9 et les employ\u00e9s toucheront 210 \u20ac soit 50% de la prime de qualit\u00e9 plus le prorata du 13e mois calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin du pr\u00e9avis.<\/p>\n<p>Le paiement des indemnit\u00e9s extral\u00e9gales se fera en milieu de pr\u00e9avis \u00e0 savoir pour le 15 mars et le 31 mars. Toutes les autres indemnit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales seront pay\u00e9es avec le salaire du mois de janvier 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Alain Mattioli de l\u2019OGBL et Jean-Paul Fischer du LCGB ont aid\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9es par ces licenciements dans la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi en transmettant leur CV \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui recrutent actuellement du personnel.<br \/>\n<strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Bois, Caoutchouc, C\u00e9ramique, Chimie.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ciment, Papier, Plastique, Textiles et Verre de l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>le 23 janvier 2008<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
