R\u00e9unis le 5 novembre 2024 au Casino syndical de Bonnevoie \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une journ\u00e9e syndicale statutaire, quelque 120 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du syndicat Chimie et du syndicat Transformation sur M\u00e9taux de l\u2019OGBL ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 en faveur de la fusion de leurs structures respectives, donnant ainsi naissance \u00e0 un tout nouveau syndicat professionnel \u2014 le syndicat Industrie de l\u2019OGBL. L\u2019objectif de cette fusion est bien \u00e9videmment de renforcer le travail syndical au sein des entreprises du secteur de l\u2019industrie au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Une nouvelle direction syndicale a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cette journ\u00e9e syndicale, qui a tenu dans la foul\u00e9e sa premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union au cours de laquelle un nouveau Bureau ex\u00e9cutif a imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, avec pour pr\u00e9sident Jacques Adam (pr\u00e9sident de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Tarkett), pour vice-pr\u00e9sidents Georges Pierret (pr\u00e9sident de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Tractel) et Pascal Geniets (pr\u00e9sident de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Heintz van Landewyck), pour secr\u00e9taire William Storti (d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 Avery Dennison) ainsi que Leila Benabdallah (Rotarex), Gabriel Bettembourg (Guardian), Rapha\u00ebl Lambert (IVC) et Antonio Veneziani (Goodyear) qui viennent compl\u00e9ter cette nouvelle \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Avec cette fusion, l’OGBL r\u00e9affirme sa position de force dans le secteur de l\u2019industrie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La nouvelle direction syndicale a \u00e9galement fix\u00e9 son programme de travail pour les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es en vue de renforcer les conventions collectives de travail ainsi qu\u2019am\u00e9liorer les acquis et les conditions de travail dans le secteur.<\/p>\n
