{"id":33831,"date":"2024-06-25T15:00:19","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T13:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=33831"},"modified":"2024-06-25T14:25:23","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T12:25:23","slug":"plan-social-signe-chez-ubs-credit-suisse","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-social-signe-chez-ubs-credit-suisse\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social sign\u00e9 chez UBS \/ Cr\u00e9dit Suisse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>L\u2019OGBL, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB et l\u2019OGBL ont sign\u00e9 le 24 juin 2024 un plan social chez UBS \/ Cr\u00e9dit Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le transfert pr\u00e9vu pour octobre 2024 du groupe Cr\u00e9dit Suisse AG dans le groupe UBS AG et les fusions de six entit\u00e9s juridiques sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce plan social.<\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re vague de licenciements, pr\u00e9vue pour juillet 2024, touchera entre 70 et 80 salari\u00e9s. Une seconde vague pourrait avoir lieu apr\u00e8s les diff\u00e9rentes fusions et concern\u00e9e entre 65 et 75 employ\u00e9s en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats, ayant pour but d\u2019offrir des conditions de d\u00e9part avantageuses pour les employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, sont parvenus \u00e0 couvrir la population enti\u00e8re jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2025 inclus et ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir des indemnisations extral\u00e9gales, avec notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gales bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00e2ge et la s\u00e9niorit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019une prime sociale pour une partie des concern\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 familiale pour les salari\u00e9s ayant un ou plusieurs enfants \u00e0 charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En outre, les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s auront droit \u00e0 des mesures d\u2019accompagnement social, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un budget d\u2019outplacement et\/ou de formation\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>un pool social\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>des conditions particuli\u00e8res pour les employ\u00e9s de plus de 50 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si l\u2019OGBL, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB se f\u00e9licitent d\u2019avoir pu am\u00e9liorer les conditions de d\u00e9part des salari\u00e9s perdant leur emploi, ils d\u00e9plorent que ces derniers aient d\u00fb faire involontairement les frais de cette fusion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Secteur Financier de l\u2019OGBL,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>le 25 juin 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":33833,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
