{"id":33770,"date":"2024-06-24T11:05:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-24T09:05:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=33770"},"modified":"2024-07-05T09:27:04","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T07:27:04","slug":"plan-social-signe-chez-bank-of-new-york-mellon","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-social-signe-chez-bank-of-new-york-mellon\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social sign\u00e9 chez Bank of New York Mellon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>L\u2019OGBL, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB ont sign\u00e9 le 29 mai 2024 un plan social chez Bank of New York Mellon, qui annon\u00e7ait la suppression de 36 emplois d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019externalisation de certains services au sein de la banque.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats, ayant pour but de pr\u00e9server le plus d\u2019emplois possible au sein de BNYM, tout en offrant des conditions de d\u00e9part avantageuses aux maximum 36 personnes concern\u00e9es par la perte de leur emploi, ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir des mesures d&#8217;accompagnement social et des indemnisations extral\u00e9gales en faveur des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, avec notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019une prime sociale\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 extra-l\u00e9gale\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un budget d\u2019outplacement et\/ou de formation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unanimement, l\u2019OGBL, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB regrettent toutefois qu\u2019une nouvelle fois les salari\u00e9s aient d\u00fb faire les frais de la course effr\u00e9n\u00e9e au profit \u00e0 laquelle les entreprises se livrent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 le 21 juin par l\u2019OGBL, le LCGB et l\u2019ALEBA<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":33773,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
