Cet accord, sign\u00e9 le 27 mai, prend effet au 1er juin 2024 pour une dur\u00e9e de trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux se r\u00e9jouissent de ce premier accord depuis le rachat par Leclerc, r\u00e9pondant en grande partie aux attentes des quelque 520 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s. Les principales am\u00e9liorations de cet accord sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 jour et adaptation des grilles salariales.<\/li>\n<li>Modalit\u00e9 de la gratification de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e red\u00e9finie, ce qui souligne la confiance en l\u2019avenir de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9cision des modalit\u00e9s de pointage.<\/li>\n<li>Limitation de la coupure non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 une heure au lieu d\u2019une heure et demie.<\/li>\n<li>Fermeture \u00e0 16h30 au lieu de 17h les veilles de No\u00ebl et du Nouvel An, permettant aux salari\u00e9s de profiter davantage des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9cision des modalit\u00e9s concernant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour le personnel administratif.<\/li>\n<li>Instauration d\u2019un article sur le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ces n\u00e9gociations t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une belle collaboration entre les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations, les syndicats et l&#8217;employeur E.
