Touch\u00e9e par un contexte r\u00e9glementaire et \u00e9conomique exigeant, la banque a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9organiser son fonctionnement et de supprimer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 13 postes essentiellement dans le d\u00e9partement IT.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du plan social, les syndicats ont pu n\u00e9gocier des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s. En raison de la taille r\u00e9duite de cette structure, l&#8217;accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la s\u00e9curisation de la banque, en particulier dans le domaine des capacit\u00e9s humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement sans faille tout au long des n\u00e9gociations, les syndicats, en partenariat avec la d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e du personnel, ont pu n\u00e9gocier un accord qui, au lieu de licencier 17 collaborateurs comme envisag\u00e9 initialement, ne concerne plus que 13 collaborateurs au maximum.
