(EWUB), bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Luxembourg depuis plus de 45 ans.<\/p>\n<p>La Banque fait face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en raison du contexte g\u00e9opolitique li\u00e9 \u00e0 la guerre en Ukraine. Les activit\u00e9s commerciales de la Banque se concentrent de mani\u00e8re significative sur les clients russophones fournissant des services de gestion de patrimoine et des transactions. Afin d&#8217;assurer une existence durable et de prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;emploi dans la mesure du possible, EWUB doit adapter sa structure, y compris ses effectifs, \u00e0 la baisse d&#8217;activit\u00e9 et de revenus et doit diminuer des effectifs par des licenciements collectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte incertain pour la banque, les n\u00e9gociations entre les syndicats et l\u2019employeur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tendues, mais finalement un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 le 25 octobre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats, ayant pour priorit\u00e9 la d\u00e9fense et la protection des int\u00e9r\u00eats des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir des mesures d&#8217;accompagnement social et des indemnisations extral\u00e9gales en faveur des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par les syndicats le 9 novembre 2022.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3141,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
