{"id":3043,"date":"2022-09-22T13:26:28","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T11:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/signature-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-des-salarie-e-s-des-communes-du-sud"},"modified":"2023-06-02T09:34:08","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T07:34:08","slug":"signature-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-des-salarie-e-s-des-communes-du-sud","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/signature-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-des-salarie-e-s-des-communes-du-sud\/","title":{"rendered":"Signature de la convention collective de travail des salari\u00e9.e.s des Communes du Sud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><b><i>La modernisation positive de la convention collective de travail est achev\u00e9e et l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre sexes dans les carri\u00e8res non-qualifi\u00e9es est enfin supprim\u00e9e. <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs au niveau national dans le secteur communal, l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB, ont sign\u00e9 le 22 septembre 2022, sous la conduite de l\u2019OGBL, la nouvelle convention collective de travail (CCT) des quelque 2000 salari\u00e9.e.s des Communes du Sud.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle CCT des Communes Sud constitue la 4<sup>e<\/sup> et ultime \u00e9tape de 6 ann\u00e9es de travaux de refonte de la CCT.<\/p>\n<p>Les 3 objectifs principaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Une refonte compl\u00e8te de la structure salariale par l\u2019introduction de carri\u00e8res lin\u00e9aires.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ach\u00e8vement de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre femmes et hommes dans les carri\u00e8res non-qualifi\u00e9es par la suppression de la carri\u00e8re inf\u00e9rieure des agents de nettoyage majoritairement f\u00e9minin et leur revalorisation dans la carri\u00e8re d\u2019agent polyvalent sup\u00e9rieure. Depuis 2008 l\u2019OGBL se bat contre l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale concernant la carri\u00e8re A 2 &#8211; agents de nettoyage. La t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 de l\u2019OGBL a finalement port\u00e9 ses fruits et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre femmes et hommes a enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec le reclassement des agents de nettoyage.<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9daction d\u2019un texte coordonn\u00e9e complet reprenant toutes les dispositions n\u00e9goci\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en mati\u00e8re de conditions salariales et de travail, une description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des m\u00e9canismes de transition dans la nouvelle structure salariale et l\u2019int\u00e9gration de nouvelles dispositions l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sant\u00e9 au travail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La nouvelle CCT contient par ailleurs les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le versement d&#8217;une prime annuelle pour les ann\u00e9es 2022, 2023 et 2024 de 1% chacune, calcul\u00e9e sur le revenu annuel global;<\/li>\n<li>la suppression de la carri\u00e8re A2 &#8211; Agent de nettoyage avec reclassement positif dans la carri\u00e8re A3 &#8211; Agent polyvalent;<\/li>\n<li>le remplacement des carri\u00e8res \u00abChef d\u2019Equipe\u00bb V1 \u00e0 V4 par de nouvelles carri\u00e8res \u00abbis\u00bb et \u00abter\u00bb bas\u00e9es sur les carri\u00e8res A3-H3. Les carri\u00e8res \u00abbis\u00bb correspondent \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re de base +25 points indiciaires. Les carri\u00e8res \u00abter\u00bb correspondent \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re de base +35 points;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de 49 valeurs d\u2019\u00e9chelon parmi la grille de salaires;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019Introduction de nouvelles carri\u00e8res de base am\u00e9lior\u00e9es A3 \u00e0 H3;<\/li>\n<li>les promotions sont effectu\u00e9es dor\u00e9navant horizontalement dans la nouvelle carri\u00e8re sans perte d\u2019anciennet\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation de la prime de permanence \u00e0 12 puis \u00e0 15 points indiciaires par semaine;<\/li>\n<li>la mise en place d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de dispense de travail pour les heures d\u2019intervention pendant la permanence;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cong\u00e9 social, du suppl\u00e9ment de pension et du calcul du nombre d&#8217;aide-artisans (H1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB tiennent \u00e0 souligner l\u2019excellent esprit de collaboration au sein de la commission de n\u00e9gociation actuelle constitu\u00e9e des bourgmestres des administrations communales d\u2019Esch-sur-Alzette, Dudelange, Differdange, Sanem, K\u00e4erjeng et l\u2019\u00e9chevin de P\u00e9tange ainsi que les fonctionnaires d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par les m\u00eames communes.<\/p>\n<p><i>Liste des communes signataires de la CCT des Communes du Sud: Bettembourg, Contern, Differdange, Dippach, Dudelange, Esch-sur-Alzette, Garnich, Habscht, K\u00e4erjeng, K\u00e4l\/T\u00e9iteng, Koerich, Mondercange, P\u00e9tange, Reckange-sur-Mess, Roeser, Rumelange, Sanem, Schifflange et Steinfort.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB<br \/>\nle 22 septembre 2022<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3169,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
