Mai 2020 stellt das SEW\/OGBL interessierten Lehrkr\u00e4ften kostenloses Unterrichtsmaterial auf seiner Website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sew.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.sew.lu<\/a> zum Thema \u201eEine historische \u00dcbersicht des Rassismus in den USA\u201c als Download zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sch\u00fcler.innen sollen anhand dieses Unterrichtsmaterials lernen, in welche historische Tradition sich Rassismus einreiht: Das N-Wort, Blackfacing usw. sind weder harmlose Scherze noch lustig, sondern Ausdruck eines unreflektierten Rassismus und sollten als solchen erkannt und bewusst gemacht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig m\u00f6chte das SEW\/OGBL einen Appell an das Bildungsministerium richten, die Lehrpl\u00e4ne und schulischen Gegebenheiten an die Multikulturalit\u00e4t unser Schulpopulation anzupassen und den eigenen eurozentristischen Blick auf Kunst und Kultur kritisch zu hinterfragen, denn Kunst und Kultur wurden seit jeher auf allen Kontinenten produziert. In diesem Sinn fordern wir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Lehrpl\u00e4ne um Kunst und Literatur nichtwei\u00dfer K\u00fcnstler.innen und Autor.innen zu erweitern;<\/li>\n<li>Die verst\u00e4rkte Pr\u00e4senz von Literatur nichtwei\u00dfer Autor.innen in unseren Schulbibliotheken;<\/li>\n<li>Eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen kolonialen Vergangenheit;<\/li>\n<li>Bei der Namensgebung von Schulr\u00e4umlichkeiten die Namen von nichtwei\u00dfen wichtigen Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten miteinzubeziehen;<\/li>\n<li>Antirassistische Schulordnungen an allen Schulen, denn rassistische Erfahrungen geh\u00f6ren leider auch heute noch zum Alltag einer betr\u00e4chtlichen Anzahl von Sch\u00fcler.innen, sowohl in als auch au\u00dferhalb des schulischen Umfelds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es bleibt noch viel zu tun, um die Kette eines jahrhundertealten Rassismus zu durchbrechen \u2013 Packen wir es an!<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Erziehung und Wissenschaft (SEW)<br \/>\nam 19.
