{"id":2968,"date":"2022-03-18T09:29:23","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T08:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/la-professionnalisation-du-gardiennage-avance-enfin"},"modified":"2023-06-13T13:49:22","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T11:49:22","slug":"la-professionnalisation-du-gardiennage-avance-enfin","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/la-professionnalisation-du-gardiennage-avance-enfin\/","title":{"rendered":"La professionnalisation du gardiennage avance enfin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/gardiennage-SITC_16032022.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-35431\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/gardiennage-SITC_16032022-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"gardiennage SITC_16032022\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de r\u00e9pr\u00e9sentant.e.s de l\u2019OGBL a visit\u00e9 le 16 mars 2022 le Security Industry Training Center (SITC) qui est situ\u00e9 au CargoCenter de Luxair au Findel.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre de formation sectoriel du gardiennage a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour donner suite \u00e0 une revendication syndicale lors de la derni\u00e8re n\u00e9gociation de la convention collective de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le SITC a commenc\u00e9 son activit\u00e9 en mars 2020. En raison de la pand\u00e9mie, l\u2019activit\u00e9 de formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite lors de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e avec seulement 2.400 heures de formation. En 2021 le bilan devrait atteindre 30.000 heures. Le centre va monter en puissance cette ann\u00e9e avec l\u2019objectif d\u2019atteindre 45.000 heures de formations par ann\u00e9e, ce qui correspondrait \u00e0 plus de 3.600 participations avec une dur\u00e9e moyenne de 12 heures par entit\u00e9 de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Le SITC est financ\u00e9 par la voie d\u2019une cotisation obligatoire correspondant \u00e0 1% de la masse salariale pour toutes les entreprises couvertes par la CCT sectorielle.<\/p>\n<p>Les formations actuellement dispens\u00e9es comprennent notamment une formation d\u2019accueil, l\u2019insertion au m\u00e9tier, la gestion de conflits, la radioscopie de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la d\u00e9tection de traces d\u2019explosifs, les interventions incendies, les premiers secours, l\u2019habilitation \u00e9lectrique basse tension ou encore une formation compl\u00e9mentaire SSIAP luxembourgeois.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, la formation, la reconnaissance et la professionnalisation des m\u00e9tiers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente un champ de bataille important depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Chaque agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 devrait disposer d\u2019une formation de base ad\u00e9quate et avoir droit \u00e0 des formations continue tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses discussions et luttes syndicales, les premiers succ\u00e8s commencent enfin \u00e0 \u00eatre obtenu. La mise en place du SITC en fait partie\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019OGBL se r\u00e9jouit de l\u2019avancement du centre de formation sectorielle\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9anmoins, qui dit acquisition de comp\u00e9tences doit aussi dire valorisation.
