la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile appellent les citoyen:nes et toutes les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e0 une manifestation contre la guerre samedi prochain, le 5 mars 2022 \u00e0 15:00, sur la Place Clairefontaine \u00e0 Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p><b>ARR\u00caTEZ LA GUERRE !<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019invasion russe de l&#8217;Ukraine, contraire au droit international, doit \u00eatre condamn\u00e9e avec la plus grande fermet\u00e9, ces coups port\u00e9s au droit international, cette brutalit\u00e9 contre le droit \u00e0 l&#8217;autod\u00e9termination de l&#8217;Ukraine doivent cesser imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9sescalade et les efforts diplomatiques pour r\u00e9gler ce conflit doivent rester le mot d&#8217;ordre.\u00a0Rien ne justifie cette guerre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arr\u00eat imm\u00e9diat de toutes les op\u00e9rations de guerre.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9venir l\u2019escalade nucl\u00e9aire.<\/li>\n<li>Retrait de toutes les troupes russes en Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9gociations de paix entre toutes les parties concern\u00e9es sous la coordination des Nations Unies.<\/li>\n<li>Aide humanitaire pour la population ukrainienne maltrait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Maintien des fronti\u00e8res de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne ouvertes pour tous les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s vivant en Ukraine, avec des proc\u00e9dures simplifi\u00e9es et une augmentation imm\u00e9diate des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019accueil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La guerre constitue un crime contre l&#8217;humanit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une nouvelle architecture de
