Cela signifie qu\u2019en moyenne, les femmes de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne travaillent gratuitement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de ce 10 novembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>En Europe, 76% des 49 millions de salari\u00e9.e.s du \u00abcare\u00bb sont des femmes. Les travailleur.euse.s du \u00abcare\u00bb sont le plus souvent mal pay\u00e9.e.s, malgr\u00e9 le fait qu\u2019ils.elles exercent une profession difficile aussi bien physiquement qu\u2019\u00e9motionnellement demandant beaucoup de patience et de comp\u00e9tences sociales. La revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers dans lesquels les femmes sont historiquement surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9es est donc primordiale pour atteindre le but de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 pourquoi l\u2019OGBL Equality soutient les revendications de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne des syndicats pour un renforcement de la directive europ\u00e9enne sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de salaires minimums d\u00e9cents. Par la m\u00eame occasion, l\u2019OGBL Equality souligne la revendication visant une hausse cons\u00e9quente et substantielle du salaire social minimum au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Au Luxembourg, la diff\u00e9rence de salaire entre hommes et femmes se situe essentiellement \u00e0 deux niveaux: celui des tr\u00e8s bas salaires et celui des hauts salaires (notamment au niveau des bonus). Les secteurs dans lesquels les salari\u00e9.e.s gagnent souvent le salaire social minimum comme celui du nettoyage, du commerce ou de l\u2019horeca sont d\u2019ailleurs des secteurs dans lesquels travaillent un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de femmes. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi une hausse des salaires les plus bas, mais \u00e9galement la mise en place de davantage de conventions collectives, notamment au niveau sectoriel, avec des grilles de salaires et des carri\u00e8res \u00e9volutives fix\u00e9es selon des crit\u00e8res objectifs, transparents, compr\u00e9hensibles, contr\u00f4lables et garantis; et le refus des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration discr\u00e9tionnaire ou soumis \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations subjectives constituent deux piliers fondamentaux de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un \u00e9cart salarial annuel de 7,2% entre hommes et femmes, les femmes travaillent au Luxembourg en moyenne gratuitement pendant 26,28 jours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
