{"id":2897,"date":"2021-11-05T09:49:48","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T08:49:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/snca-signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective"},"modified":"2023-06-13T13:53:24","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T11:53:24","slug":"snca-signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/snca-signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective\/","title":{"rendered":"SNCA : Signature d\u2019une nouvelle convention collective"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34443 alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/Logo_SNCA.jpg\" alt=\"Logo_SNCA\" width=\"150\" \/>Le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 27 octobre 2021 par l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, et la direction de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nationale de Circulation Automobile (SNCA) \u00e0 Sandweiler.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux points de l\u2019accord sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction progressive d\u2019une allocation de repas \u00e0 hauteur de 130 Euros<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation progressive de l\u2019allocation de pr\u00e9sence de 30% et nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de calcul de celle-ci plus favorables aux salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Introduction d\u2019un cong\u00e9 sans solde pour raisons personnelles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un an<\/li>\n<li>Extension de l\u2019octroi des heures de visites m\u00e9dicales\u00a0: une partie des heures pourra d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019accompagnement des membres de la famille proche<\/li>\n<li>Extension de l\u2019octroi du cong\u00e9 social\u00a0: le cong\u00e9 social pourra d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en cas de travaux de premi\u00e8re urgence et en cas de fortes intemp\u00e9ries emp\u00eachant les salari\u00e9s de se rendre au lieu de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les cong\u00e9s extraordinaires et pour raisons familiales sont adapt\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux nouvelles dispositions l\u00e9gales. Tous les autres acquis des salari\u00e9s de la SNCA sont repris et garantis par la nouvelle convention collective.<\/p>\n<p>La convention collective est conclue pour une dur\u00e9e de 3 ans, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> novembre 2021 au 31 octobre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La SNCA occupe plus d\u2019une centaine de salari\u00e9s et comprend les services de l\u2019agr\u00e9ation, de l\u2019immatriculation et du permis de conduire.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3306,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
