Sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung ist ein gesellschaftliches Problem, das leider auch nicht vor den Schulen haltmacht: Als Gewerkschaft, die unter anderem auch Schulpersonal und Sch\u00fcler*innen vertritt, sind wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit dem Thema sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung konfrontiert. Ob im Betrieb, in der Schule, unter Arbeitskolleg*innen, Sch\u00fcler*innen oder hierarchie\u00fcbergreifend \u2026 \u2014 Sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung ist in unserer Gesellschaft allgegenw\u00e4rtig. Oft sch\u00e4men sich die Opfer, trauen sich nicht, Hilfe zu suchen, k\u00f6nnen das Erlebte nicht einordnen und\/oder kennen ihre Rechte nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Aus diesem Grund haben das SEW\/OGBL, die OGJ \u2013 Gewerkschaftsjugend und das OGBL Equality ein Informationsheft zum Thema \u201eSexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung in der Schule\u201c ausgearbeitet, das Schulpersonal und Sch\u00fcler*innen \u00fcber ihre Rechte aufkl\u00e4ren soll. Das Informationsheft wird zusammen mit Unterrichtsmaterial zum Thema \u201eSexismus und Geschlechterrollen\u201c an alle Luxemburger Sekundarschulen geschickt und ist ebenfalls online auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/www.sew.lu\">www.sew.lu<\/a> zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem fordern die unterzeichnenden Gewerkschaften:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dass das Thema sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung obligatorisch ab der 7. Klasse in allen Sekundarschulen behandelt wird und die Sch\u00fcler*innen \u00fcber das Thema und ihre Rechte aufgekl\u00e4rt werden;<\/li>\n<li>dass regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Fortbildungskurse zum Thema \u201eSexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung\u201c f\u00fcr das Schulpersonal angeboten werden;<\/li>\n<li>dass das Bildungsministerium klare Richtlinien zum Thema \u201eSexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung\u201c formuliert und an die Schulen weiterleitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt von SEW\/OGBL, OGJ \u2013 Gewerkschaftsjugend und OGBL Equality<br \/>\nam 22.
