{"id":2824,"date":"2021-05-18T15:28:54","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T13:28:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/plan-social-chez-g4s-entre-doutes-incoherences-et-interrogations"},"modified":"2023-06-14T09:25:18","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T07:25:18","slug":"plan-social-chez-g4s-entre-doutes-incoherences-et-interrogations","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-social-chez-g4s-entre-doutes-incoherences-et-interrogations\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social chez G4S: entre doutes, incoh\u00e9rences et interrogations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/G4S_logo_batiment.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33611\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/G4S_logo_batiment.jpg\" alt=\"G4S_logo_batiment\" width=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB, ainsi que les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, ont fait front commun le 18 mai 2021 lors de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation avec la direction de G4S Security Solutions suite \u00e0 l\u2019annonce d\u2019un plan social qui menace 60 salari\u00e9s dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, il y a encore un an, les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme essentiels au Luxembourg. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re ligne de la lutte contre la pand\u00e9mie de la Covid-19. Et voil\u00e0 qu\u2019un an plus tard, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au moment o\u00f9 il semblerait que la reprise de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 soit au rendez-vous, au moment o\u00f9, avec la lev\u00e9e des restrictions, la surveillance devient encore plus indispensable, la direction de G4S d\u00e9cide d&#8217;annoncer un plan de licenciement collectif sans concertation pr\u00e9alable avec les partenaires sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des deux syndicats et des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, un plan social est absolument \u00e9vitable et d\u2019ailleurs inutile. Au contraire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser un plan de maintien dans l&#8217;emploi en ayant recours \u00e0 tous les moyens l\u00e9gaux disponibles (formation, reclassement interne, pr\u00eat de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, pr\u00e9retraites, interruptions volontaires de carri\u00e8res etc) et en recherchant activement des solutions au niveau sectoriel. Toutes ces options doivent \u00eatre pleinement exploit\u00e9es avant d\u2019\u00e9voquer des licenciements secs.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019occasion de ce d\u00e9but de n\u00e9gociation, les syndicats et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel ont \u00e9galement soulev\u00e9 de nombreux points \u00e0 clarifier et des incoh\u00e9rences apparentes afin de pr\u00e9ciser les intentions de la direction de G4S.<\/p>\n<p>Une longue liste de questions a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie portant notamment sur les profils et les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection des salari\u00e9s potentiellement concern\u00e9s, les nombreuses interrogations quant aux recrutements r\u00e9cents et futurs, le nombre de licenciements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s depuis janvier 2021, les \u00e9volutions d\u2019heures prest\u00e9es ou bien encore l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux des p\u00e9riodes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pr\u00e9sentant des exc\u00e9dents d\u2019heures\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Un calendrier de r\u00e9unions a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 pour les 15 prochains jours. N\u00e9anmoins, les syndicats n\u2019excluent pas la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019autres d\u00e9marches et actions en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9volution des n\u00e9gociations. Des r\u00e9ponses pr\u00e9cises et chiffr\u00e9es \u00e0 ces questions sont primordiales pour les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et doivent \u00eatre transmises par la direction avant la prochaine r\u00e9union.
