L\u2019OGBL, en tant que porte-parole, le LCGB, ainsi que la direction de Hifi International ont sign\u00e9, ce jeudi 17 d\u00e9cembre, un accord relatif au renouvellement de la convention collective de travail (CCT) du personnel de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n

La CCT est renouvel\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e de 36 mois. Plusieurs am\u00e9liorations importantes y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, un syst\u00e8me de participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sera mis en place dans l\u2019entreprise. Ce syst\u00e8me, compos\u00e9 d\u2019une prime de participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, d\u2019une prime de progr\u00e8s ainsi que d\u2019un programme d\u2019actionnariat \u00e0 l\u2019attention des salari\u00e9s, repr\u00e9sente une augmentation salariale cons\u00e9quente, de l\u2019ordre de 5 \u00e0 7 pour cent du salaire annuel d\u2019un salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, une proc\u00e9dure contre le harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel, impliquant la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L\u2019horaire mobile pour les postes administratifs est introduit dans la CCT.<\/p>\n

Enfin, la dispense de service pour consultation m\u00e9dicale passe de 4 \u00e0 8 heures par an, et un cinqui\u00e8me jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire est introduit pour les salari\u00e9s disposant d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 de services de 25 ans.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB se r\u00e9jouissent d\u2019un excellent accord dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s de Hifi International.<\/p>\n
