Comptoir des Fers et M\u00e9taux). L\u2019avenant couvre la p\u00e9riode du 1er janvier 2021 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>En cette p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude, cet avenant vient non seulement s\u00e9curiser les acquis des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise ; des avanc\u00e9es ont aussi pu \u00eatre obtenues.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, la valeur des ch\u00e8ques repas augmentera de 30 centimes, d\u2019actuellement 8,80\u20ac \u00e0 9,10\u20ac au 1er janvier.<\/p>\n<p>Pour toute la p\u00e9riode de la crise sanitaire, les salari\u00e9s disposeront de 12 heures par an de cong\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial, qui pourront notamment \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour se soumettre \u00e0 des tests Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2020 ainsi qu\u2019en d\u00e9cembre 2021, une prime unique de 200\u20ac sera vers\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la grille des salaires sera adapt\u00e9e au nouveau niveau du salaire social minimum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Commerce de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Le 27 novembre 2020<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3478,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
