{"id":2695,"date":"2020-11-02T13:11:37","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T12:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/lindustrie-du-point-de-vue-des-salaries"},"modified":"2023-06-02T10:13:44","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T08:13:44","slug":"lindustrie-du-point-de-vue-des-salaries","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/lindustrie-du-point-de-vue-des-salaries\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019industrie du point de vue des salari\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>S\u00e9curiser l\u2019industrie au Luxembourg et les emplois dans le secteur \u00e9taient quelques-uns des points discut\u00e9s lors d&#8217;une r\u00e9union des secr\u00e9taires centraux responsables de l\u2019OGBL de l\u2019industrie alimentaire, chimique, sid\u00e9rurgique, de la transformation sur m\u00e9taux et des autres industries avec le ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, Franz Fayot, au milieu de la semaine derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;OGBL a clairement indiqu\u00e9 que le dialogue social s&#8217;est une fois de plus r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre un instrument efficace pendant la crise: les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du personnel ont veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les concepts de lutte contre la pand\u00e9mie soient mis en \u0153uvre dans les entreprises et que la r\u00e9glementation soit respect\u00e9e. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 des solutions pragmatiques pour que l&#8217;industrie puisse en grande partie continuer \u00e0 fonctionner m\u00eame dans les conditions de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le Luxembourg en tant que pays industriel, des emplois de qualit\u00e9 et s\u00fbrs sont la base du d\u00e9veloppement futur de l&#8217;industrie au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;OGBL a mis en avant que pour cette raison, les subventions de l&#8217;\u00c9tat doivent \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir \u00e9galement \u00eatre fond\u00e9es sur des crit\u00e8res sociaux. Cela signifie notamment que les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du personnel doivent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es plus fortement et plus rapidement qu\u2019auparavant aux d\u00e9cisions d\u2019investissement, afin de pouvoir mieux suivre les effets sur l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Au vu des derniers d\u00e9veloppements et du nombre croissant de plans de sociaux, l&#8217;OGBL a soulign\u00e9 qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait peu logique que les entreprises soient autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier un plan social alors que le plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi n\u00e9goci\u00e9 est toujours en cours d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution. L&#8217;interdiction de cette pratique am\u00e9liorerait consid\u00e9rablement les perspectives de maintien dans l&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a eu un accord g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une politique industrielle nationale, qui s&#8217;inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie europ\u00e9enne et doit \u00eatre tourn\u00e9e vers l&#8217;avenir sur des questions telles que la tarification du CO2, et la politique de l&#8217;emploi et des qualifications. La sauvegarde de normes sociales et \u00e9conomiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es ne doit pas \u00eatre victime d\u2019une concurrence de sous-cotation, au terme de laquelle tout le monde est perdant.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre a express\u00e9ment salu\u00e9 la r\u00e9union.
