Ce chiffre correspond \u00e0 presque 600 salari\u00e9s travaillant sur les diff\u00e9rents sites du groupe au Luxembourg. Les inqui\u00e9tudes de l\u2019OGBL ont ainsi malheureusement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9es. Cela n\u2019en att\u00e9nue pas pour autant le choc.<\/p>\n<p>Selon ArcelorMittal cette d\u00e9cision serait due aux cons\u00e9quences de la crise li\u00e9e au COVID-19 et \u00e0 la mauvaise sant\u00e9 du secteur de la sid\u00e9rurgie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Cette restructuration vient remplacer le projet \u00abSCORE\u00bb annonc\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e qui aurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu des cons\u00e9quences similaires, mais \u00e0 moindre \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019OGBL, fort de sa majorit\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation d\u2019ArcelorMittal ainsi qu\u2019au niveau sectoriel, veillera \u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucun salari\u00e9 ne perde son emploi. Cette restructuration ne peut en aucun cas se faire aux d\u00e9pens des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, l\u2019OGBL exige que tous les instruments \u00e0 disposition (pr\u00e9retraites, ch\u00f4mage partiel, formations, reclassement, etc.) soient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s avant que des licenciements ne soient envisag\u00e9s. L\u2019OGBL r\u00e9it\u00e8re sa revendication visant \u00e0 mettre en place un nouvel accord de type \u00abtripartite\u00bb afin de faire face \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9ventualit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 ce plan de restructuration. Il faut imp\u00e9rativement maintenir les outils du dialogue social luxembourgeois qui ont fait leur preuve par le pass\u00e9, quitte \u00e0 les adapter aux besoins actuels.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, cet accord doit obligatoirement inclure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les mesures d\u2019accompagnement social bien connues (CDR, divers mod\u00e8les de pr\u00e9retraite)<\/li>\n<li>la formation professionnelle continue qui doit \u00e9galement prendre une place primordiale dans l\u2019accord<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9tail chiffr\u00e9 quant aux investissements visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les outils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas seulement d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix un plan social, mais \u00e9galement de garantir l\u2019avenir de l\u2019entreprise au Luxembourg. L\u2019OGBL exige d\u00e8s lors des investissements afin de garantir les emplois et s\u00e9curiser l\u2019avenir des sites luxembourgeois.
