{"id":2660,"date":"2020-08-14T11:50:04","date_gmt":"2020-08-14T09:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/il-faut-eviter-un-plan-social-a-tout-prix"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:16:55","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T11:16:55","slug":"il-faut-eviter-un-plan-social-a-tout-prix","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/il-faut-eviter-un-plan-social-a-tout-prix\/","title":{"rendered":"Il faut \u00e9viter un plan social \u00e0 tout prix!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>Hier, mercredi 12 ao\u00fbt 2020, l\u2019OGBL ainsi que les deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du personnel de Dudelange et de Bascharage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s par GUARDIAN LUXGUARD de son intention d\u2019entamer des discussions quant \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi (PME), suivi d\u2019une n\u00e9gociation d&#8217;un \u00e9ventuel plan social. Guardian Glass annonce pr\u00e9voir la suppression de 201 postes sur les 453 qu\u2019elle compte actuellement sur les sites de Bascharage et de Dudelange. Les deux sites sont concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, GUARDIAN avait pris la d\u00e9cision de proc\u00e9der au refroidissement d\u00e9finitif de son four \u00e0 Dudelange et de ne plus investir dans le \u00abrebuild\u00bb de ce dernier. Dans ce contexte GUARDIAN a consult\u00e9 l\u2019OGBL et les deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations sur les changements op\u00e9rationnels et structurels envisag\u00e9s. Malgr\u00e9 le PME annonc\u00e9, Guardian Glass pense que plusieurs licenciements s&#8217;av\u00e9r\u00e8rent in\u00e9vitables et envisage d\u2019entamer des discussions quant \u00e0 la mise en place d&#8217;un plan social \u00e0 compter du 2 septembre 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, le plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi constitue la seule bonne solution et revendique que tous les moyens l\u00e9gaux \u00e0 disposition (reconversions, transferts, pr\u00e9retraites, etc.) soient pleinement utilis\u00e9s afin qu\u2019aucun salari\u00e9 ne perde son emploi. Depuis plusieurs mois d\u00e9j\u00e0, l\u2019OGBL revendique la mise en place de ce PME et d\u00e9plore le temps perdu qui aurait permis d\u2019agir plus rapidement. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, Guardian tournait autour du pot et ne voulait rien dire concernant le futur de tous les salari\u00e9s. Cette attitude d\u00e9plorable n\u2019est pas propice \u00e0 un bon dialogue social et annonce des n\u00e9gociations difficiles que l\u2019OGBL entend mener afin de sauver les emplois et garantir l\u2019avenir des deux sites.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL d\u00e9nonce \u00e9galement le fait que Guardian Glass n\u2019ait pas fait d\u2019annonces quant \u00e0 des investissements \u00e0 venir dans les sites de Bascharage et de Dudelange. L\u2019OGBL revendique toujours des garanties pour ces deux sites afin de garantir un futur pour tous les salari\u00e9s au Luxembourg sachant que le four de Bascharage sera en fin de vie vers 2022.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;OGBL d\u00e9plore aussi que le Gouvernement et les Minist\u00e8res comp\u00e9tents n&#8217;aient pas encore pris de position concernant ce dossier. Pour cela l&#8217;OGBL a demand\u00e9 une entrevue avec le Ministre de l&#8217;Economie Monsieur Franz Fayot qui aura lieu le 24 ao\u00fbt 2020. L&#8217;OGBL va \u00e9galement demander une entrevue avec le Ministre du Travail, Monsieur Dan Kersch.<\/p>\n<p>Il va sans dire que l\u2019OGBL mettra tout en \u0153uvre pour \u00e9viter toute perte d\u2019emploi et qu\u2019en tant que seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein des deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations du personnel l&#8217;OGBL se tient \u00e9videmment \u00e0 disposition de tous les salari\u00e9s de Guardian Glass<\/p>\n<p><em>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Chimie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 13 ao\u00fbt 2020<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
