L\u2019OGBL et l\u2019Association du personnel policier d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un Dipl\u00f4me de fin d\u2019Etudes Secondaires de la Police grand-ducale a.s.b.l. (ADESP) viennent de signer un accord de coop\u00e9ration, visant \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer sur le plan de la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats du personnel d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes secondaires ou \u00e9quivalent dans la Police grand-ducale.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL s\u2019engage \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019ADESP dans sa mission de repr\u00e9sentation du personnel concern\u00e9. En contrepartie, l\u2019ADESP associe l\u2019OGBL \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s, soutient le travail du syndicat Services publics de l\u2019OGBL et invite ses membres \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 l\u2019OGBL.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL associe \u00e9galement l\u2019ADESP \u00e0 ses travaux au niveau des organisations syndicales europ\u00e9ennes et internationales des services publics.<\/p>\n

Dans ce contexte, l\u2019OGBL tient \u00e0 souligner qu\u2019il soutient pleinement les revendications l\u00e9gitimes du personnel repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019ADESP concernant la reconnaissance de leur dipl\u00f4me, en vertu du principe de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement et donc de l\u2019acc\u00e8s du personnel concern\u00e9 \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re B1 de la Fonction publique.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL a affirm\u00e9, \u00e0 cette occasion, qu\u2019il soutiendra aussi les d\u00e9marches juridiques de l\u2019ADESP en la mati\u00e8re au niveau des juridictions administratives, tout en esp\u00e9rant qu\u2019une r\u00e9solution politique du probl\u00e8me puisse \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e. Dans ce contexte, l\u2019OGBL appuiera les revendications de l\u2019ADESP dans les discussions \u00e0 venir avec les ministres comp\u00e9tents, \u00e0 savoir les ministres de la Fonction publique et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n
