{"id":2556,"date":"2020-02-14T12:59:54","date_gmt":"2020-02-14T11:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/accord-de-principe-sur-le-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail"},"modified":"2023-06-01T14:05:20","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T12:05:20","slug":"accord-de-principe-sur-le-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/accord-de-principe-sur-le-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Accord de principe sur le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>La commission de n\u00e9gociation repr\u00e9sentant les salari\u00e9s de Cactus, men\u00e9e par le syndicat majoritaire OGBL, vient de trouver un accord de principe avec la direction de Cactus sur le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail (CCT) qui couvre les quelque 3 200 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>La CCT sera renouvel\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e de 36 mois \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2020. La p\u00e9riode des n\u00e9gociations, du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2018 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019, est couverte r\u00e9troactivement par un avenant.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de longues n\u00e9gociations et un conflit social qui a dur\u00e9 plusieurs mois, toute une s\u00e9rie d\u2019am\u00e9liorations ont pu \u00eatre apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la CCT, dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s. Toutes ces am\u00e9liorations viennent s\u2019ajouter aux acquis existant d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la CCT.<\/p>\n<p><b>Les am\u00e9liorations obtenues: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation de 20\u20ac sur les salaires mensuels au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2020<\/li>\n<li>Tous les salari\u00e9s se situant en dessous de 2 835 euros (salaire mensuel brut)<b> <\/b>recevront, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 de 3 ans, un \u00e9chelon suppl\u00e9mentaire tous les deux ans, au lieu de tous les 3 ans comme cela \u00e9tait le cas auparavant \u2013 \u00a0ce syst\u00e8me est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n<li>Versements de primes exceptionnelles: 200\u20ac en 2020, 120\u20ac en 2021 et 120\u20ac en 2022<b> <\/b><\/li>\n<li>Les chauffeurs de poids-lourds seront d\u00e9sormais embauch\u00e9s au salaire \u00e9quivalant au salaire social minimum qualifi\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Tous les chauffeurs recevront une augmentation, le mois suivant la signature de l\u2019accord<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation de la prime de productivit\u00e9 de 10\u20ac par \u00e9chelon<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation de l\u2019allocation mensuelle pour charge d\u2019enfant qui passe 60\u20ac \u00e0 65\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation du cr\u00e9dit d\u2019heures hebdomadaire du d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, qui passe de 20h \u00e0 40h<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation des pauses, qui passent de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>La pause ne pourra plus \u00eatre impos\u00e9e avant l\u2019effectuation d\u2019une heure de travail<\/li>\n<li>Extension de la limite d\u2019\u00e2ge d\u2019un enfant \u00e0 charge permettant \u00e0 un salari\u00e9 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du cong\u00e9 social \u00abenfant malade\u00bb, celle-ci passe de 12 \u00e0 16 ans<\/li>\n<li>Introduction d\u2019une prime \u00abfroid\u00bb de 1 000\u20ac pour les personnes travaillant dans le d\u00e9partement \u00abFrigo\u00bb \u00e0 Capellen<\/li>\n<li>Introduction d\u2019une prime correspondant \u00e0 un mois de salaire pour le personnel travaillant dans le d\u00e9partement \u00abCongel\u00e9s\u00bb \u00e0 Capellen<\/li>\n<li>Introduction d\u2019une majoration de 10% pour heures tardives relative \u00e0 l\u2019heure travaill\u00e9e entre 18 et 19h et de 30% \u00e0 partir de 19h pour tout le personnel \u00e0 l\u2019exception du personnel administratif<\/li>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9avis en cas de d\u00e9mission du salari\u00e9 est port\u00e9 \u00e0 1 mois, quelque soit l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, pour tout le personnel du groupe A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutes ces am\u00e9liorations ont pu \u00eatre obtenues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019action et \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination du syndicat majoritaire OGBL et de ses d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel.
