Le syndicat Commerce de l\u2019OGBL informe qu\u2019un plan social concernant 14 salari\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 5 d\u00e9cembre chez Bureautique Linster.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entreprise familiale et centenaire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les fournitures de bureau cessera ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Outre les pr\u00e9avis et indemnit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales, des mesures sociales et des indemnit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9es et n\u00e9goci\u00e9es. Le plan social pr\u00e9voit ainsi des indemnit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 allant de 2 \u00e0 6 mois de salaire et des primes pour les salari\u00e9s ayant des enfants \u00e0 charge. Les dirigeants de l\u2019entreprise familiale se sont \u00e9galement engag\u00e9s \u00e0 aider les salari\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires en vue de trouver un nouvel emploi. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les salari\u00e9s se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019entreprise pour la liquidation des stocks et des derni\u00e8res activit\u00e9s. L\u2019entreprise permettra, selon les besoins, de lib\u00e9rer les salari\u00e9s ayant trouv\u00e9 un autre emploi entretemps.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement au plan social, 4 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 LInster BUsiness et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront, quant \u00e0 eux, d\u2019une prime exceptionnelle, \u00e9galement n\u00e9goci\u00e9e entre l\u2019OGBL et la direction.<\/p>\n

Notons que les n\u00e9gociations avec les dirigeants de l\u2019entreprise se d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat respectueux.<\/p>\n
