{"id":2454,"date":"2019-04-05T15:49:13","date_gmt":"2019-04-05T13:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/un-premier-succes-de-la-campagne-de-logbl-pour-une-6e-semaine-de-conge-legal"},"modified":"2023-06-26T09:27:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-26T07:27:17","slug":"un-premier-succes-de-la-campagne-de-logbl-pour-une-6e-semaine-de-conge-legal","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/un-premier-succes-de-la-campagne-de-logbl-pour-une-6e-semaine-de-conge-legal\/","title":{"rendered":"Un premier succ\u00e8s de la campagne de l\u2019OGBL pour une 6e semaine de cong\u00e9 l\u00e9gal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/temps-de-travail-FR.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-28219\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/temps-de-travail-FR.jpg\" alt=\"temps-de-travail-FR\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>L\u2019OGBL est le seul syndicat \u00e0 revendiquer depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es une 6<sup>e<\/sup> semaine de cong\u00e9 l\u00e9gal et \u00e0 faire pression pour appuyer cette revendication.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le cong\u00e9 l\u00e9gal n\u2019a plus \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 depuis\u2026 1975.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne de l\u2019OGBL a maintenant entra\u00een\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration pour les salari\u00e9s: la Chambre des D\u00e9put\u00e9s a ainsi adopt\u00e9 le 27 mars 2019 une nouvelle loi augmentant le nombre de jours de cong\u00e9 annuel \u00e0 26 jours et introduisant un nouveau jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 l\u00e9gal \u2013 \u00e0 savoir la Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019Europe le 9 mai.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 l\u00e9gal sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019application en 2019. Il profitera \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le cong\u00e9 annuel pay\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s passe quant \u00e0 lui de 25 \u00e0 26 jours ouvrables par an.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de cette augmentation tous les salari\u00e9s qui n\u2019ont actuellement que 25 jours de cong\u00e9, ainsi que les salari\u00e9s couverts par une convention collective qui pr\u00e9cise qu\u2018ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du nombre minimal de jours de cong\u00e9 plus un certain nombre d\u2019autres jours.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL salue ces mesures qui ne peuvent toutefois \u00eatre qu\u2019un premier pas vers la 6<sup>e<\/sup> semaine de cong\u00e9 l\u00e9gal.
