La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de concertation entre les partenaires sociaux remonte d\u00e9j\u00e0 au 6 d\u00e9cembre 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Or, \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle le patronat a seulement adress\u00e9 une fin de non-recevoir aux revendications des syndicats et n\u2019a soumis aucune proposition pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail et de salaire dans le secteur. Le projet d\u2019un centre de formation sectoriel n\u2019a pas non plus avanc\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour alors que la formation et la professionnalisation deviennent de plus en plus importantes dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Pire, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des employeurs (Fedil Security Services) demande aux syndicats de laisser tomber la majorit\u00e9 de leurs revendications, notamment toutes les revendications d\u2019ordre qualitatif, avant de n\u00e9gocier une possible am\u00e9lioration salariale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, cette fa\u00e7on de proc\u00e9der est totalement inacceptable. Il est hors de question de c\u00e9der \u00e0 un tel chantage !<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s du gardiennage et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 priv\u00e9e m\u00e9ritent du respect!<\/p>\n<p>Les salaires dans le secteur stagnent depuis des ann\u00e9es et baissent graduellement vers le salaire minimum. Pour l\u2019OGBL, il est grand temps d\u2019inverser la tendance. Les salaires doivent augmenter!<\/p>\n<p>A cela s\u2019ajoute que l\u2019organisation actuelle du temps de travail ne permet absolument pas aux salari\u00e9s du gardiennage de concilier leur profession avec leur vie priv\u00e9e. On demande aux salari\u00e9s une flexibilit\u00e9 accrue sans aucune contrepartie. Quelques exemples : aujourd\u2019hui, il y a des salari\u00e9s qui ont des journ\u00e9es de travail entrecoup\u00e9es d\u2019une pause de 3 heures, des salari\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent un changement de planning la veille par SMS ou bien on leur demande de rester au-del\u00e0 de la limite de 10 heures par jour apr\u00e8s la fin de leur poste en raison d\u2019un probl\u00e8me d\u2019organisation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Cette situation est totalement intenable ! Les r\u00e8gles concernant le temps de travail doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle loi PAN !<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL revendique aussi une am\u00e9lioration des transferts d\u2019entreprise (comme l\u2019inclusion du transport de fonds dans la reprise du personnel et la mise en place d\u2019un contrat type de reprise) ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9vision g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du texte de la convention collective (la grille de salaire comporte des m\u00e9tiers d\u00e9suets et certaines dispositions sont mal \u00e9crites ou ne sont plus conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL estime que la convention collective du gardiennage doit absolument \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9e et am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et qu\u2019il faut jouer la transparence.
