Durant les n\u00e9gociations, qui ont dur\u00e9 presque un an, la commission de n\u00e9gociation a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une direction pr\u00eate \u00e0 mettre en danger la paix sociale dans l\u2019entreprise en remettant en question des acquis sociaux comme les jours de cong\u00e9 ou le p\u00e9cule de vacances. La direction est all\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 refuser \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation une r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux diverses actions syndicales qui ont eu lieu et gr\u00e2ce notamment au piquet de protestation du 7 mars 2018, des am\u00e9liorations ont finalement pu \u00eatre obtenues lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union de la derni\u00e8re chance qui a eu lieu le 12 mars.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, des primes comprenant une partie fixe et une partie variable seront vers\u00e9es en 2018, 2019 et 2020. Les salari\u00e9s qui \u00e9taient exclus du p\u00e9cule de vacances se verront verser 80 euros brut en 2018, 100 euros brut en 2019 et 120 euros brut en 2020, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre sous CDI depuis une ann\u00e9e pleine. Le nombre de jours de cong\u00e9, selon la convention sign\u00e9e le 5 juin 2014, est maintenu.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de 25 jours de cong\u00e9 pourra profiter de 4 heures de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire par an \u00e0 partir de janvier 2018 et ce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance de la convention c.\u00e0.d. jusqu\u2019au 30 juin 2021.
